چکیده

• A new approach is presented for determining the diagonal cracking resistance. The method not dependent on subjective visual appraisals of cracks. results are obtained by using conventional measuring instrumentation. Concrete mixes containing EAF steel slag aggregates have been assessed. An alternative experimental predicting shear resistance steel-reinforced concrete beams developed in this paper. Conventional extensometric strain-gauge rosettes placed lateral surfaces a set four beams. As propagates through beams, load–strain curves flatten out at plateau and mechanical property under consideration may be determined. applied to cast from pumpable self-compacting with cement types I IV electric arc furnace aggregates. feasibility applying standard design code formulas concretes these therefore studied compared other recent research works.
